Your personal data where necessary (we only request personal data for the conclusion of contracts/agreements or minutes) are processed by CLUB SPORTIV MARTA, a non-governmental, non-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting children in sport.

The Club is committed to taking all necessary measures to protect your personal data in compliance with all applicable national and European regulations.

Data to be processed

We will process the following categories of personal data:

• identification data such as name, address, personal identification number;
• contact details such as telephone number, email address;
• data on professional skills

For us it is important to:

• we tell you the purpose for which your data is used;
• we ask for your consent whenever the law requires it;
• you know how long we will keep your personal data in the system;

This information is given to you when you become a beneficiary of our services.

The purposes for which we process personal data

Personal data may be used to conclude donation contracts, sponsorship contracts, agreements for the placement of urns for collecting donations, minutes of urn distribution, volunteer contracts, mandate contracts.

Consent for photo-video images is useful for our own publicity activities, for the preparation of annual reports and it is possible to post these images on social media or on the association’s website. Consent to the use of images can be withdrawn at any time.

Your contact data, such as telephone number, email address, will be processed to inform you about the activities and actions undertaken by the association. In any of the above cases, we will ask you in advance for your consent for each of these purposes, and your consent may be withdrawn at any time thereafter.

Also, the personal data of supporters (donors, participants in Motivation events, etc.), such as name, surname, email and telephone address, photo/video images will be processed in order to inform them about the activities and actions undertaken by the association, by sending newsletters, invitations and personalized messages. In these cases too, we will ask for your consent in advance and it can be withdrawn at any time afterwards.

Your personal data contained in supporting documents will be kept by us for 10 years from the end of the financial year (year) in which they were collected. Supporting documents include: contracts and deeds of gift, receipts, social service contracts and the like.

The photo/video images will be deleted from the association’s records no later than 30 days from the date of termination of the contractual relationship, or from the date of withdrawal of consent, as the case may be.

Contact data (email address, phone number) will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days from the date the contractual relationship ended or from the date of withdrawal of consent.

Any other personal data we collect from you will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted from our records no later than 30 days after that purpose has been fulfilled or consent has been withdrawn, if applicable.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

Personal data collected and processed by the club may be transmitted to third parties if this is a legal obligation of the association, following the request of the data subject or at the request of a public entity, in order to carry out the specific tasks assigned to it by law.

Thus, your personal data may be requested and transmitted by the club to: inspectors of the National Tax Administration Agency, judicial police bodies, courts, as well as any other public institution or authority whose duties include requesting and obtaining documents containing personal data from private legal entities.

Supporters’ rights

In order to respect your rights, we inform you what they are and how you can exercise them:

• the right to ask the club for access to, rectification or erasure of their own data, as well as restriction of processing or the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability
• the right to withdraw your consent at any time, in relation to data processed on the basis of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to the withdrawal of consent
• the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

In order to comply with these rights, as well as for any request related to information, access to data, rectification or deletion of data, it will be possible to exercise them by one of the following means: a written address, addressed to the association, sent to the registered office address or a request sent by email to the Data Controller.

The Club will respond as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days, to any request from a data subject.
