Marta Sports Club reserves the right to return any donation whenever it deems necessary, including when it believes that accepting the financial contribution would conflict with the mission, values, or interests of Club Sportiv Marta or when the source of the contribution or the donor’s intentions could potentially affect the independence or reputation of Marta Sports Club.

Marta Sports Club reserves the right to conduct all necessary checks to determine the legitimacy of such a request, including requesting information and documents from the donor in this regard. The actual refund of the payment will take place within 14 days from the moment Marta Sports Club deems the refund decision to be legitimate.

Any declined donation will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.

The donor can stop payments on a recurring donation at any time by emailing fabricadecampioni@gmail.com.

The termination of payments related to a donation is for the future only, without affecting in any way the payments already made and without there being any obligation for Marta Sports Club to reimburse the amounts already received.
